No other class pushes me as much and gets the areas that are worked on through Sophie's fun, creative and focused sequences. There is no replacement for this class, I love it. Also, Sophie is extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and always comes round to give adjustment suggestions to ensure everyone is getting the most out of the class.
