I have become a regular to her class and always leave feeling so happy, restored and excited for next time! The studio itself is also so beautiful, full of plants and lit by candlelight. It's so relaxing. I can't recommend enough!

At the beginning I had a relaxation moment. I also learned breathing techniques and learned more about the fagus nerve then I had a very relaxing head massage and shoulder relaxation massage so loving I felt very safe at the end it was also so great to have a little tea round so lovingly prepared. I also bought the delicious white tea green tea right after the class awesome great for those who have a lot of stress and trauma in the body I can warmly recommend!!! :)
