Her studio is so cozy and thoughtfully put together, she has snacks and drinks available for clients and really puts time and care behind making her clients feel super comfortable while they have their treatment. すべてのレビューを表示I liked that the instructor explained everything and was adjusting the exercises and pace as we went on. There were only two machines so it felt almost like a 1-2-1 session. During the training it feels like your whole body is vibrating, which makes the exercise harder. You feel exhausted after 20 minutes.
