すべてのレビューを表示Marisa’s Vinyasa class was amazing. She’s the best instructor and has a great practice. Marisa was kind and attentive to everyone in the class. She gives clear instructions for the poses that you can follow whether you are a beginner or advanced. The class was very calming while still being a good workout. 5/5 I’ll definitely take more of Marisa’s classes!

すべてのレビューを表示I definitely enjoyed my time here, even though I was basically a fish out of water! Probably not the best class to kind of drop in on as a beginner, but the instructor was super kind and patient, and incredibly encouraging! It helped that the class size was small in that regard, as I was able to get help with my barbell form. The other attendees were also kind, even though it was clear I was not in the same league, haha! All said, I pushed myself and gave it my all, and I’m proud of what I did and happy with the outcome! Would like to continue with similar classes for sure.

I was originally very intimidated but she really took the time to break down the form for each move. I definitely recommend this class for beginners!
