    Heard a lot about Barry’s and wanted to give it a shot! They really do a great job with the ambience, it’s very motivating to work out hard. It’s basically mini circuits alternating between treadmill and floor / weights. The big factor is the vibe - space / music / atmosphere and Gio’s instruction!
