No nonsense exercises; it's a straightforward and effective workout. Overall, it has a strong community vibe - definitely recommend visiting this place! 🤗

すべてのレビューを表示The coach was really helpful, warm and spent enough time on warmups and technicals. We did a CrossFit class (which was great) but had no cardio component to it. The people were also very nice and supportive! The place was slightly run down and didn't have towels. Would definitely come back again:)

すべてのレビューを表示The gym studio is great — all new equipment and Will & Iona are super friendly. The workouts are definitely hard work (sweaty) but doable / can adjust to your level. I was visiting Glasgow for a few weeks and came to the Saturday morning team workouts, and it was great!
