She took the time to evaluate my skin, answer all of my questions, and create a personalized plan to help address some of my trouble areas. I never felt rushed, and her recommendations were thoughtful and easy to understand. The facial itself was relaxing, refreshing, and exactly the self-care experience I needed. I left with my skin feeling deeply cleansed, glowing, and rejuvenated—and even more importantly, I left feeling confident about the next steps for improving my skin health.
