He would always put in so much effort to help me with the moves whenever I couldn’t get them right, and that’s why I really liked him. The studio itself was also beautiful. It’s a place where you can go and feel completely at ease, without any discomfort.

Mitra heeft met mij verschillende oefeningen gedaan die intens waren maar daardoor ook zeer effectief. Ik ben in de les zelf een stuk verder gekomen in mijn middle split! || I got the impression that Mitra is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and flexibility training and she was very "hands on" with her approach.
