The atmosphere was wonderful, and I felt so comfortable throughout. It was the perfect little escape from my daily routine — I left feeling refreshed, happy, and recharged. すべてのレビューを表示the staff was great, gave a nice introduction and orientation. She addressed all the usual concerns and made me feel safe, welcome and relaxed. The space was clean and neat. The whole experience was very relaxing and grounding. the little snacks and drinks at the end to slowly get back to normal life are a nice touch. すべてのレビューを表示Gina is an amazing instructor! Her Sculpt class is seriously challenging, exactly what you want and expect from a class like this. She pushes you to your limits and makes sure you keep going even when you feel like giving up. Her instructions are super precise, so you always know exactly what to do, and she actually takes the time to correct your form to make sure you get the most out of every exercise. That level of attention and hands-on coaching is something you don’t see that often these days. If you’re looking for a truly challenging and effective Reformer Pilates class, Gina is your girl!
