I tried the open gym, it’s not a big gym but has the essentials. So if you are expecting huge gym area with a lot of machines maybe this is not the one! Overall I would definitely come back for the vibe!!!

It was the engine class which was all about cardiovascular fitness. Liked the programming of the class, simple and repeatable. Look forward to trying a different class where the strength stations are involved - hoping to learn some new things then! Thanks for the protein banana, mango, berries shake at the end! ☺️

Hij neemt de tijd voor iedereen en heeft veel geduld, waardoor je je op je gemak voelt en snel vooruitgang boekt. The furniture, equipment and everything else is brand new and of high quality. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. And the coach super skilled and supportive! Great experience!

The class is hard enough to feel your muscles in the days after, but with the dances in between is feels like a party instead of a dull ‘must’.
