Lilly is such a lovely instructor with amazing energy and a super soothing voice! She explains everything so clearly and the exercises have a great flow. Her workouts are easy to follow but still challenging and super effective. I definitely feel my muscles the next day :) I always leave feeling refreshed, happy, challenged and energized. Love her classes! 💛

すべてのレビューを表示the staff was great, gave a nice introduction and orientation. She addressed all the usual concerns and made me feel safe, welcome and relaxed. The space was clean and neat. The whole experience was very relaxing and grounding. the little snacks and drinks at the end to slowly get back to normal life are a nice touch. Showers and bathrooms clean and have everything, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hair driers.

Floating 60min
すべてのレビューを表示Bij binnenkomst voelde ik me gelijk enorm verwelkomd.

Mijn dank is groot!

In meiner infra rot Kabine kam verschiedenes an.
