すべてのレビューを表示Das Konzept von Bare Workout finde ich richtig cool, deshalb habe ich es gerne ein zweites Mal ausprobiert. Etwas schade fand ich, dass Playlist und Übungsabfolge eins zu eins identisch mit dem ersten Mal waren – aus Studios bin ich es gewohnt, dass sich Choreo und Ablauf von Mal zu Mal etwas verändern, und dadurch wurde es diesmal etwas eintönig. Die Instruktorin hat zwar bei einigen Übungen Erklärungen gegeben, insgesamt hätte ich mir aber noch etwas mehr verbale Anleitung gewünscht, z. B. Hinweise wie „Kraft aus dem linken Bein nehmen”, da man sich stark auf sich selbst konzentrieren muss und kaum Zeit hat, bei anderen abzuschauen; die Einzelkorrekturen, die sie teilweise während der Übung gegeben hat, kamen dadurch manchmal etwas ungünstig getimt und haben eher kurz aus dem Flow gerissen, als optimal zu unterstützen.

I’ve been to her for brow shaping and tinting and also the head spa, and now that I’ve been to her for a lashlift I can confirm that she is a real artist! I love the way my lashes look- she is always so precise and tailors the experience to the individual (for example she tinted my lashes brown instead of black because that’s the colour mascara I’ve always worn). The therapist had incredibly skilled hands — not just a “massage,” but real sculpting work. I could feel the tension releasing in my jaw and cheeks, and the lift after the session was immediately visible. The studio itself is small, super clean, and feels very warm and welcoming. No rushed feeling at all. I appreciated that she asked about my skin goals and adapted the pressure and technique instead of just following a routine. What stood out most was how awake and defined my face looked afterward — especially around the cheekbones and eyes. Even the next morning, the results were still there. If you’re looking for a facial in Zurich that actually does something (not just lotions and relaxing music), this lifting massage is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be back!
