As a beginner, the machine can look a bit intimidating, but Chelsea made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable right from the start. She gave clear instructions, offered great cueing, and kept the energy high throughout the entire session. I left feeling challenged, energized, and excited to come back. Highly recommend her class!

However I felt like sometimes there was too much focus on simply achieving the nice shapes as the teacher demonstrated them without much attention to what exactly should be happening in your body, or tips for how to progressively work toward/deepen a posture safely.

Another student had asked to lower the volume ; was lowered once and then forgotten about. I didn t want to be a Karen as other classmates didn t seem to be bothered. But the volume was abusive loud. Anyhow ; really enjoyed the class but the volume needs serious adjustment (in my opinion ofc)

すべてのレビューを表示I absolutely loved the class! I’ll be back :-) Aleksandra is a super professional trainer and even during a normal barre class one could see what a great dancer she is herself. There were two ladies in the class with no previous barre experience: she was very supportive and welcoming towards them and made sure that they can follow. Still, I’d advice newbies to google ballet positions a bit and try some moves at home before joining the studio, for an easier start!

すべてのレビューを表示really enjoyed the class!! the instructor had really nice energy, the songs were chosen with a good tempo & the exercises were less typical to what I'm used to, which made it fun. we started with some contemporary exercises, moved to some Barre exercises, then ended with some mat exercise. a good mix of dance inspired movements which made my body happy & others that required more core/calve strength
