すべてのレビューを表示I have now been to many different types of beginner dance classes in Amsterdam as I want to start dancing again - and let me tell you, it’s very rare to find a teacher like Suela. Not only does she have the best energy, she also teaches a choreography that’s fun and actually looks good. And maybe one of the most important things - she is motivating for beginners like myself. I sucked and couldn’t even remember 70% of the choreography but I had so much fun. And that’s what dancing is really about. Thank you Suela❤️

すべてのレビューを表示Class - i joined the aerial hoops beginner class as a newbie and it was good. We started with stretches and warm ups before going onto the hoops. Despite being a beginner class the instructions feel pre-immediate. I found the class challenging but I enjoyed it although this may not be for everyone. Space - big spacious room with floor length mirrors and dynamic lighting, its's definately a room designed to train aerials

すべてのレビューを表示Class - This was my first time doing a twerk class and it was a very new expierence. We did sufficient warmups before following a choreo for the lesson. This session just happens to be brazilian twerk which includes more technique. As a complete newbie i found it hard to keep up but the style varies between weeks so this might be just bad timing on my part. Instrcutor - Fee was amazing! Strong, gorgeous and energetic she never fails to make you laugh. She was absolutely the best part of the class. I really enjoyed the afterclass self love session (optional) and I went home from this class feeling content. Space - the lesson is held in a classroom with poles but this does not affect the twerk lesson.

すべてのレビューを表示Class - This might be an outlier but the class was very full with alot of first timers (including me). We were 3 people to one hoop, which I find a bit on the cozy side, but it's a great way to make new friends. Location - The location is a local gym and upon first arrival I had a bit difficulty finding the entrance (it's round the back if you're following google maps) nice location if you live nearby. Instructor - She was definately surprised at the turnout but took it in stride. Due to the volume of people it was hard to get individual attention but you can tell she tries to check up on everyone throughout the class.

すべてのレビューを表示Handstands are a tough one to crack, but I’m amazed to say I already had a small win balancing on my own in a single lesson! It was only about 5 seconds but it gave me hope that this is achievable✨and it’s thanks to all the warmup exercises and other balances we did (crow pose, headstand, assisted handstand) with clear instructions and subtle corrections that really helped me to find balance. Thank you for a great class!
