すべてのレビューを表示The class was fast paced and high intensity. It was a welcome challenge. I struggled a bit to pick up some of the movements as a first timer, but the instructor did a wonderful job checking in on me throughout the class. Would definitely recommend taking a class :)

すべてのレビューを表示Shannon was incredible! One of my favorite classes I’ve ever taken. She took the time to check on everyone and correct form when form when needed while still keeping the class moving. Then she was kind enough to come to me after class and educate me on my form, and recommend classes to help strengthen and improve. 10/10! Her passion and compassion make such a difference!

Taylor is an amazing instructor who shows support through encouragement and by offering a variety of movement techniques - I chose this studio as my first step towards getting back up and moving in a gym environment after a car accident related neck and back injury and the entire staff was more that happy to help accommodate my needs for a lower impact movement that remained challenging yet accomplishable. 10/10 will go again. The entire staff was very welcoming and they have a nice vibe.
