The transitions are always fresh, thoughtful, challenging, and beautifully sequenced in a way that keeps us fully present and engaged. She pushes us outside of our comfort zones while still creating such an uplifting and grounding space. I love that her class is challenging, but also allows us to listen to our bodies and flow through the movements. I really enjoy our cool down portion and how she can easily put you in a meditative state with her soothing voice, which has helped me explore mindfulness.

The pace was unhurried, the atmosphere was calm, and by the end I was deeply relaxed. I even found myself unexpectedly emotional during savasana — the kind of quiet release that tells you something real just happened. Marie is a wonderful instructor. She created a space where everyone felt comfortable and welcome, with no pressure whatsoever. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a proper reset.
