すべてのレビューを表示It helped me to have a foundation with fitness to survive my first boxing class at the club. Although I don't think it is necessary. I believe the classes will shape you as one progresses. It really helped to measure out and checking in with yourself after each round and not to give all in the first 2 rounds of work. The coach was amazing! Coming back for more classes!
