すべてのレビューを表示Even after taking this class almost every week since it began in February, every class is new and amazing! Destiny kills it every single week and I always look forward to Tuesday evenings. This class is so fun, you ALWAYS get a good sweat, and the energy is always on 1000%. I wish this class was offered twice a week, because I would be in both religiously.

すべてのレビューを表示Kendall is very clear with her instructions on each pose. The flow started out slow to warm up the body and then after the pace picked up a bit so you could really feel the movements. I enjoyed this class and would definitely recommend it.

すべてのレビューを表示The class can be hard the first time as it moves quickly. Caryn gives great queues but between the form, changing weight, learning the combos it can be a lot. If you struggle with the class give it 2-3 more times and you’ll become addicted!
