Cole is super kind and approachable and is more than happy to help you with your form. I was hesitant on a couple of moves and Cole was very reassuring and supported me and encouraged me to try my best. Can’t wait to book my next class with him!❤️🩷❤️🩷❤️

The instructor was super helpful and guided us through every movement, which made a big difference. He’s a great coach, the music is fun, and the workouts are really good. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this class!!!!!!!!

Also I 100% believe she is friends with everyone who she refers to as “friend” because she’s just that nice of a girl!

I love that her class is challenging, but also allows us to listen to our bodies and flow through the movements. I really enjoy our cool down portion and how she can easily put you in a meditative state with her soothing voice, which has helped me explore mindfulness.

She regularly checks form and technique, offers corrections, and even works one-on-one holding the mitts so you can practice your punches. As a lefty with a natural southpaw stance, I especially appreciated that she took the time during both classes I’ve attended with her to help me adjust my technique accordingly. The space was clean, welcoming, and motivating, and the workout was both challenging and fun. I’d definitely take another class with Gabby!
