すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time attending an F45 workout session, and it was a great experience. The workout was fast-paced, and the staff was extremely helpful and supportive throughout. They took the time to walk us through each station and explain how to properly move through the workout. During the session, they paid close attention to detail, making adjustments when needed and correcting form to ensure everyone was performing the exercises safely and effectively. The other participants were also very welcoming, supportive, and encouraging, which made the environment even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning, as I felt amazing after the workout.

すべてのレビューを表示I liked the class a lot but it was confusing arriving at the correct location. The location on the class pass app is incorrect it’s two locations late. The correct location is in Kemah the wrong ones are Webster and League City. The owner also stated that she has been trying to get out of class pass but have not been able to reach anyone from the app. Please contact this location.
