He walked us through the different techniques and advised us on how to better execute our kicks, jabs, etc. The gym itself is new and the facilities are well looked after (there’s aircon!). Brilliant session overall, challenging but very enjoyable.

すべてのレビューを表示Proper spit and sawdust gym, in the best way - I grew up training in places like this so didn’t feel out of place at all - there’s no beauty parlour shiny BS here, which is exactly what I wanted. Joe’s a great coach, the class had all the fundamentals, fight psychology, conditioning elements that you would expect from a proper boxing place. if I’m nitpicking, the gym could be cleaner, other than that, everything else was top notch. I’d love to train here again.
