すべてのレビューを表示I love this yoga studio. The atmosphere is friendly and laid back, the studio downstairs is cozy with the dim lights and the instructors are always so good. This class was not particularly challenging but I loved it as I am actually not that good at yoga and I felt I could follow easily while also working effectively on my flexibility.

I like that she pushes us to do the moves the right way and not just getting the choreo. The bolder, the better. The vibe is good and the song choice too. It’s my first time to try the class today, and will definitely join again. 🙂

I used to go to Maddy’s Suspend classes, and the BLT-class is similar if not the same albeit a different location: a great full body work-out, top-tier materials, easy to follow instructions and an engaging and knowledgeable instructor. And Maddy’s playlists always bangs! 🔥

すべてのレビューを表示L’outil de réservation de la salle n’est pas synchronisé avec classpass donc c’est au petit bonheur la chance pour pouvoir accéder au cours reservé. Les cours collectifs du midi ont l’air plus accessible que ceux du soir où il y a plus de monde et ceux de biking qu’il ne faut même pas tenter. Pour ce cours, j’ai pu y assister malgré une salle bien remplie. Le cours était très bien, conforme à ce qu’on l’on peut attendre et la prof était top.

すべてのレビューを表示Sehr nette Ballettlehrerin! Als komplette Anfängerin fand ich es besonders interessant, einfach mal zuzuschauen und mitzumachen und erste Einblicke zu bekommen. Es war für mich natürlich ziemlich anspruchsvoll, aber gleichzeitig hat es viel Spaß gemacht. Die Lehrerin schafft eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung!
