すべてのレビューを表示This class was 99% men (it was only me and another girl this time) but the instructor was friendly and patient. Idk he gives safe person vibes, during the class he came to check in with me how I was feeling few times. It can be intimidating being surrounded by a bunch of sweaty big guys, but the ones I sparred against at least were respectful, even encouraging. So yeah, if you’re curious about this sport, I’d try it out here.

すべてのレビューを表示Proper spit and sawdust gym, in the best way - I grew up training in places like this so didn’t feel out of place at all - there’s no beauty parlour shiny BS here, which is exactly what I wanted. Joe’s a great coach, the class had all the fundamentals, fight psychology, conditioning elements that you would expect from a proper boxing place. if I’m nitpicking, the gym could be cleaner, other than that, everything else was top notch. I’d love to train here again.
