すべてのレビューを表示I have now been to many different types of beginner dance classes in Amsterdam as I want to start dancing again - and let me tell you, it’s very rare to find a teacher like Suela. Not only does she have the best energy, she also teaches a choreography that’s fun and actually looks good. And maybe one of the most important things - she is motivating for beginners like myself. I sucked and couldn’t even remember 70% of the choreography but I had so much fun. And that’s what dancing is really about. Thank you Suela❤️

すべてのレビューを表示A fun class with a really lovely and welcoming instructor. It would have been good if she’d had a microphone though as it was difficult to hear instructions over the music. I couldn’t see any toilets or water fountain so come prepared!

すべてのレビューを表示Man kommt bei den Übungen sehr gut mit, da toll erklärt wird, worauf man achten muss und was dabei nicht der Fall sein sollte. Trainerin schaut aufmerksam mit und korrigiert bzw weist darauf hin. Find ich als Anfängerin super, um alles korrekt zu lernen. Lisa baut auch immer paar Späße ein und fühlt mit, wenn man kurz vorm Aufgeben ist, dann kommt der nötige Push :D

すべてのレビューを表示Class - This was my first time doing a twerk class and it was a very new expierence. We did sufficient warmups before following a choreo for the lesson. This session just happens to be brazilian twerk which includes more technique. As a complete newbie i found it hard to keep up but the style varies between weeks so this might be just bad timing on my part. Instrcutor - Fee was amazing! Strong, gorgeous and energetic she never fails to make you laugh. She was absolutely the best part of the class. I really enjoyed the afterclass self love session (optional) and I went home from this class feeling content. Space - the lesson is held in a classroom with poles but this does not affect the twerk lesson.

すべてのレビューを表示Vaneza’s class was great!! It was my first time and even though I found it a little challenging, she was great in instructing us all and explaining how to move our bodies. Her energy was fun and we were able to really go through all the moves with a good amount of time. Would love to come again!

La chorée n’était pas simple pour un ultra-débutant qui n’a jamais dansé sur talon mais ça le fait quand même car le résultat à la fin est dingue. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. Juste petit bémol que le cours soit 100% en anglais mais c’est facile à comprendre et à suivre (au cas où s’il y a des gens qui ne comprennent pas du tout l’anglais).

すべてのレビューを表示Lovely teacher who has bags of energy . Very welcoming for first time dancing and the routine was fun she made it easier to follow as she really breaks down each move . The group were also very welcoming . Some more experienced than others but still a very nice vibe and everyone was still able to follow the routine . If you are looking for a way to birn some calories learn some new moves and have fun I highly recommend trying this class

すべてのレビューを表示The class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.

すべてのレビューを表示La prof était adorable mais le cours n'était malheureusement pas du tout un cours de yoga, plutôt quelques étirements et de la relaxation. Très peu de postures pratiquées mais tenues longtemps, tout au sol aucune posture debout, pas de chien tête en bas basique, pratique qui ressemble plus à du yin yoga que du hatha. On entend la musique super énergique de la salle de sport en dessous ce qui casse le lâcher prise recherché dans l'esprit yoga. Je testerai tout de même d'autres cours hors yoga car l'endroit est sympa !
