She is really calm and puts you at ease before starting. I went te release tension that had been building up due to a lot of sports (tennis) in my legs and back, and some discomfort in my shoulder and arm due to the combination of tennis and computer work. I felt a lot lighter on my feet afterwards and definitely better in my upper body as well. Overall great experience.
