The actual facial felt very thorough, the products smelt beautiful and the women who carried it out gave me some tips at the end. I left feeling very relaxed and will definitely go back :)

There was an empty chair with a barber free and waiting for the next customer however he wanted to wait as he said Classpass customers have less preference over customers who booked directly from their website. interesting!! That said, my haircut and beard trim experience was good. The barber who serviced me knew what he was doing. however he gave me a cut on my neck/throat and when I asked him to be careful, he said "you'll survive". wow!

I called before and ask about the times to make sure, but the language difference lead to misunderstandings . When i went and I couldn’t get the treatment but they give me a new appointment a week later.
