What I think is essential and I missed it a bit was few more pauses as this helps not only to take a breath but mentally also to regain the focus to continue. The extra small pauses doesn’t take away from the intensity of the class, but ensures sharper mental and physical coordination.

Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and the level of customer service genuinely goes above and beyond. A special shoutout to Kris and Eva — they are both absolute gems! They’re always so warm, helpful, and happy to go the extra mile, which makes such a difference. They really make you feel welcomed and part of the community. The sense of community at this location is unlike any of the other gyms I’ve been to. It’s the kind of place where the staff remember you, genuinely care, and make you feel at home. Definitely my favourite Saints & Stars location!

It’s always challenging, but Henry is super encouraging and creates such a welcoming and friendly space. It’s a fab class, and if you keep coming back you’ll see real progress. The sense of achievement when hitting a distance within the time limit is immense and I’d massively recommend this class to anyone considering it.

Instructor often arrives late to class which doesnt set the tone brilliantly but the class makes up for it as she’s a fab instructor but if they can arrive on time / early to set up it would be appreciated. Especially for if it’s your first time, I wasn’t sure if class was happening and didn’t have an instructor to ask what we needed to set up etc.

すべてのレビューを表示Really loved the class - the instructor was brilliant and very encouraging & studio was cute but a little on the small size but no problem for me as the class wasn’t full. However the person on the front was not the most friendly or approachable and although the individual shower room look very nice from a practical perspective there was no hair dryer, the mirror fogged up & no shelf or area to put makeup on. Not sure if there was any other changing areas but personally I prefer a big single gender one as using the individual one here was not ideal for me leave the gym and go straight to work. Would go again for the class but not for the gym facilities.
