Etwas schade fand ich, dass Playlist und Übungsabfolge eins zu eins identisch mit dem ersten Mal waren – aus Studios bin ich es gewohnt, dass sich Choreo und Ablauf von Mal zu Mal etwas verändern, und dadurch wurde es diesmal etwas eintönig. Die Instruktorin hat zwar bei einigen Übungen Erklärungen gegeben, insgesamt hätte ich mir aber noch etwas mehr verbale Anleitung gewünscht, z. B. Hinweise wie „Kraft aus dem linken Bein nehmen”, da man sich stark auf sich selbst konzentrieren muss und kaum Zeit hat, bei anderen abzuschauen; die Einzelkorrekturen, die sie teilweise während der Übung gegeben hat, kamen dadurch manchmal etwas ungünstig getimt und haben eher kurz aus dem Flow gerissen, als optimal zu unterstützen.

Son cours de yoga pour la femme est pensé avec beaucoup de douceur et d’intelligence : on commence par un travail de respiration, puis on enchaîne avec des asanas, suivi d’un yoga du visage, pour terminer par une profonde relaxation en shavasana. Chaque participante reçoit une intention personnalisée, et Pascale prend le temps de faire des ajustements avec beaucoup de justesse. Elle propose également des accessoires pour que chacune se sente parfaitement à l’aise, soutenue et en sécurité. On ressort du cours profondément détendue, alignée et apaisée. I’ve been to her for brow shaping and tinting and also the head spa, and now that I’ve been to her for a lashlift I can confirm that she is a real artist! I love the way my lashes look- she is always so precise and tailors the experience to the individual (for example she tinted my lashes brown instead of black because that’s the colour mascara I’ve always worn).
