    Ellya’s classes are something else 🔥🔥🔥 she is incredibly supportive and welcoming and energetic and I love it!! You can tell how much time and effort and thought she puts into creating the routine and she gives everyone so much attention and help. The exercises BURN but you will leave feeling amazing and I always leave in a very happy mood because of how lovely and smiley Ellya is ❤️ absolutely 1000% recommend!

    Wow! What an incredible teacher and an incredible space held to learn. It was my first time at hot yoga and this class and I felt welcomed and safe. Sindy is so clear with directions and bestows this sense of discipline which I really loved. My attention rarely shifted from my breath or body the whole class and I really do think that’s a sign of a great teacher and a well led class. Can’t wait to go back, hope she does more evening classes at mission in the future

    Finally tried the legendary Barry’s on my visit to London. I didn’t realise it would be so brutal and as someone who works out regularly, I died (in a good way). This location was lovely and spacious. The changing room was big and clean with great amenities. The service was also good from reception to the trainer. As a first timer I also got a complementary protein shake which was a nice touch.

    Wer Lust auf fordernde Einheiten gekoppelt mit einem Zittern hat ,( nein , nicht weil es zu kalt ist 😉 ) sondern weil die Tiefenmuskulatur so heftig am ausbalancieren ist, der ist hier genau richtig.     Usually I wouldn’t write a review, but this time I feel I have to. I’ve been having a difficult time recently and while taking time off I decided on a whim to go to an afternoon spin class. This class was fun and challenging at the same time, Matt read the room and the energy and this was one of the best classes I’ve ever done. His supportive words ring true and couldn’t have come at a better time and made me quite emotional. So I just want to say thank you for an amazing session with amazing tunes, and still telling myself well done for showing up. Thanks Matt!!

    Such a great class, Bethany is truly the best! The only sad thing about being away from London is not being able to attend her class, which is really challenging, but so much fun! She explains everything in detail, so that you do the exercises with proper form, and the workout targets the whole body with low impact exercises.
