I loved the physical assists that helped me elevate my practice. The space is very welcoming too, with natural light and soft flooring suitable for yoga. The skylight was a bonus! The studio’s own memberships are value for money, check them out. I will definitely return and I highly recommend - not only as a yoga practitioner but also as a yoga teacher! 😉

The treatment itself was excellent the therapist, Kelly, was attentive, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained, which added to the overall experience. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and much less stressed than when I arrived. すべてのレビューを表示I went for a 90 min pregnancy massage and my masseuse, Machela, was a magician! Usually my biggest problem with pregnancy massage is they treat the pregnant woman like a feather. Very light massage that makes no difference. But Machela did a great job. I asked her for a deep tissue massage and she did a just that. Can’t recommend her enough for a pregnancy massage (tell her the level of pressure you’d like).

She found every knot I mentioned, plus several I had not even noticed, and worked through all of them thoroughly. I felt significantly better immediately afterwards.
