But, Frankie was very accommodating and she explained the exercises we would be doing very clearly, breaks were included during sets. Equipment such as mats, dumbbells, weights and bars were made available to you. Great atmosphere, can’t wait to go back!

He would always put in so much effort to help me with the moves whenever I couldn’t get them right, and that’s why I really liked him. The studio itself was also beautiful.
