Definitely the right amount of welcoming challenge, stretch, meditation, and non-judgment. Lots of prop use too, which is great at this level and speed. I wish more folks valued gentle yoga.

すべてのレビューを表示Well, spent 20 minutes circling the building looking for the class. Called the number and they confirmed the address and said they’d have someone call me back to help me. Never got a call. Eventually found an alternate address in the notes somewhere so if you add the class to your calendar the address on there and that the person on the phone confirmed is actually still wrong. Good luck to y’all but not for me.
