    I recently took a Pure Barre class with Janee, and it was an incredible experience. Janee was very encouraging and provided helpful corrections exactly when I needed them. Her class is definitely challenging—your legs and arms will be shaking—but it’s so worth it. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

    Belly Dancing

    I did the belly dancing class with Martha! She was so sweet and friendly and really took her time breaking down the specific dance moves which was much needed for someone like me who doesn’t pick up the moves first time around. I wish the class was two hours long because class ended just as we got the hang of it! She teaches different styles and this time we learned a Kuwaiti version. I wore workout clothes and yoga socks but next time I’ll bring a scarf to wrap around my hips and maybe some ballet shoes without the grip on the bottom like my socks had.
