すべてのレビューを表示This yoga sculpt class was just was I needed this morning. The deep stretches felt amazing, and at the same time I was sweating from the workout! No weights but still a challenge. A great mix of yoga and working out. Noel’s vibe as an instructor and her playlist are always 10/10 too!

すべてのレビューを表示The class pass description says you can follow along with Molly or do your own flow and Molly wasn’t there/there was no instructor to follow along with - you’re really on your own. That being said, if you have a good yoga practice and no problem doing your own flow - it was awesome. Adam started us off with guided breathwork and his DJing was great. Lesley did come around to help deepen stretches at times and led us through an amazing yoga nidra at the end. Really cool experience and great space with great vibes but I would probably like to deepen my yoga practice before I feel fully comfortable coming back to this specific class.
