すべてのレビューを表示Great class. Very sweaty! very spicy! I almost brought a friend to his class who was a beginner and I'm kind of glad I did not. This class was not for the faint of heart. The flow was not complicated but if you didn't know postures, I can see this being a little difficult for someone green. That said I enjoyed it a lot!

すべてのレビューを表示The class pass description says you can follow along with Molly or do your own flow and Molly wasn’t there/there was no instructor to follow along with - you’re really on your own. That being said, if you have a good yoga practice and no problem doing your own flow - it was awesome. Adam started us off with guided breathwork and his DJing was great. Lesley did come around to help deepen stretches at times and led us through an amazing yoga nidra at the end. Really cool experience and great space with great vibes but I would probably like to deepen my yoga practice before I feel fully comfortable coming back to this specific class.
