すべてのレビューを表示The instructor was so lovely. I could hear her clearly through the microphone as she was instructing the class. She was very good to have modifications for those who needed it. I enjoy the flow and movement and the warm heated room. I know stretching should be incorporated so much more so I thoroughly enjoyed this class. I will absolutely be back.
