すべてのレビューを表示Molly is so sweet! She has great energy and her music selection… always incredible and such a party! My only suggestion for this studio is investing in new weights. If you don’t come pretty early there’s pretty much nothing available. There’s only a few 8-10 lb weights so some people are left using 2-3 lb weights for workouts like dead lifts which really doesn’t make sense. Some weights are also way too old and should be retired as they pose a safety risk without proper grip.

Our guided yoga was very easy on the hips yet an effective straight hour of moving and stretching the muscles around the hips. The colors in the room were also a bonus. Then blocks included were a wonderful array of colors. Lindsay is so kind

すべてのレビューを表示The class was perfect and just what I wanted. After a long day at work, it was just right. The instructor did great and had a nice flow. I strongly suggest to check out this beer yoga. It’s more of a laid back and chilled vibe and flow. Took some Dior’s of this awesome beer while doing so and it was an overall win!!
