すべてのレビューを表示I feel like this is the type of workout which gets easier as you attend more classes. I had an easier type with the choreography this time. The format is efficient and the class goes by quickly, hitting all body parts. You can also figure out modifications if needed (I have a screw in my foot, so skip the slider ab series and just plank). The studio is very cute and whimsical, which is nice on a Monday morning!

I’m not sure if it’s like that every time with Nadine, but it brought me such a good variety as this was my second time booking a Zumba class at Complete!
