すべてのレビューを表示This is my new favorite class at urban. Kryss is so intentional and I love the focus on breath work incorporated into these more advanced poses. This was my second class and I will ABSOLUTELY be returning! Obsessed with the set up of focusing on 1 flow per month working toward new advanced poses every month. I can’t sing enough praise about Kryss!

すべてのレビューを表示The class was very fun! It was beginner friendly but also challenging at the same time. Hannah was awesome! She did great demos and provided everyone with additional help when needed. I will definitely try Lyra again.
