    Climbing Wall

    I ended up being the only one in class, so I got lucky with extra guidance from Akibul! As a complete beginner, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction—he was supportive, knowledgeable, and kept me motivated the whole time. His calm and encouraging approach made me feel confident and excited to keep going. Highly recommend if you’re looking to start climbing with a great instructor, especially if you want to build a solid foundation in climbing!

    This was a really fun, upbeat class that was also intense at times and a really great workout. We worked arms, legs, abs, and did a lot of cardio of course. You’ll definitely work up a sweat, especially because it was really hot in the room. It’d be great if A/C could be added. Otherwise, everything was provided, including towels, weights, and mats. Even though the previous location was a bit nicer and cooler, I still had a great time.

    STUDIO Basic Ballet Body

    The studio was spacious, and the class size was smaller and more intimate, so you're able to focus more on the proper techniques and moves being taught. Shoshana is attentive to detail and gave great pointers on the best ways to keep form. Some of the pacing was fast towards the end, but it was still good enough to understand the moves. Class is really focused on elongation, posture, and a proper foundation of the basic for ballet. This was my first class, and I would definitely recommend it to other beginners

    I booked gym time and really had a great workout. I think I only saw one machine that was out of order. The showers and sauna was a plus and everything was in clean and good condition. Would recommend.
