すべてのレビューを表示W O W Kate’s energy is immaculate! I was STRUGGLING but SHE KEPT ME GOING! I highly recommend this class to anyone who is eager to strength train and really want to push themselves! However, with that said, it can be a little risky for those who are older or not as mobile because you’ll be standing in a puddle of sweat and still moving kettlebells or dumbbells all around (above your head, on your pelvis, around your body, etc.), so that’s just one thing to keep in mind!

すべてのレビューを表示Tianna was a real treat on a beautifully sunny and hot day for any yogi. She was energetic and knew just how to read the room—giving cues and goals for everyone. Her directions were easy to follow and i loved her reminders for what we should be attaining in class or in a posture. Will be back to see her at Astro for sure!

すべてのレビューを表示I like the dark, candle lit room with no mirrors. I’m not a huge fan of the freestyle flow portion and it was hard to hear the instructor but overall it’s a great workout and I’m a repeat customer!

すべてのレビューを表示Shannons soundbath meditations are my absolute favorite. I’ve done soundbaths sessions other places but nothing compares to shannons. There is something special about her and about her space. It’s very healing and when you walk in you feel the magic, it’s a really beautiful feeling. I wish I could sign up for her membership but for now I’m so grateful for her classes on ClassPass.

すべてのレビューを表示It is a great class for anyone who wants to find more grounding and core. Embraced by mama nature and under Alex’s guidance on the yoga sequence, I find my flow and alignment again. Alex is very knowledgeable, hands-on and has clear direction when she teaches. She makes you feel included and cared for. She also toss a little delight in the end with beautiful singing bowls made of minerals and gem stones. It’s the perfect interplay between movement and stillness. Alex radiates beautiful light in her aura and thank you for a wonderful morning sesh!
