    I adore this place. I've attended classes with 8 of their instructors and have not had one bad experience. It's a small, intimate space. Very cozy atmosphere with a large window and many succulents. Mind the parking instructions. The instructors are personable. The flows are fun. Feels like a no judgment zone.

I liked the 6am class more I think using the space since it was a smaller class and just in general felt better working out in the am lol. If you haven’t tried barre first I would look into their free first time class so you get an idea of it. Definitely gave me a better idea of the type of workout

    Excellent, small group training class focusing on strength movements. I asked if different days are different muscle focus and the current split is: Mondays - squat, Wednesdays- bench press and Fridays - deadlifts. The instructor corrected form and made sure each move was appropriate for each person. Class included a warm up and post-class stretch. We used barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells in the class. I’ll definitely be back!
