Her classes always have the perfect flow and leave me feeling wonderful mind and body. She brings so much loving compassion to the space. I’m so grateful for this place.

It can be so nourishing and I’m so grateful Iban often as coming here for an hour or a little more and immediately feel so much better inside and out. Thank you!

While there were more proper vinyasa flows towards the end, a good part of the first half of the class was more like yoga-inspired fitness. Again, nothing really wrong with it, just perhaps I didn’t do my research well and came in with a mismatch in expectations.
