    Jela’s class was phenomenal! Sometimes the Barry’s classes are a bit hit or miss depending on instructors and their style. I really like Jela’s class because she gets you warmed up properly, pushes you during your sets with challenging exercises, while providing a really great structure to the workout. Some other instructors classes feel a little sporadic but you can tell Jela’s classes are well thought out. 100% would go back to classes led by Jela

    Instructor was very helpful and motivating, especially since I’m a first time student. The equipment was very nice and the atmosphere was super invigorating! Looking forward to coming back for another lesson!

    I highly recommend! Finally, a workout that I personally enjoy. It strikes a perfect balance between intensity and duration, with a 45-minute session that sure to bring fast results with consistency. The coaches are exceptional, providing comprehensive explanations before each workout. The small class sizes ensure individual attention, allowing the coaches to effectively correct your form.

    I really like the community centric feel of this studio. This class is a nice combo of spin and abs. If you’ve never been before, it’s more of a traditional spin class (no choreo, no dark room) but you still get a great workout more focused on endurance.

    Gold Standard | Strength / Conditioning

    This was a really fun and challenging class in a really welcoming atmosphere. The instructor Vincenza is exceptionally good at what she does. From her explanations to the modifications that she provided, all around really knowledgeable and made me feel safe to move in ways that I was apprehensive about. I will mention that this class is a part of a series so some may feel like they’re missing out by jumping in but I felt good about it.

    Iyengar Yoga

    Hands down the best yoga class I’ve ever been to. (Note, I am a beginner). Marina was wonderful (and hilarious) and extremely mindful of injuries/abilities - every pose carefully explained and demonstrated first. Lots of props (blocks, chair, belt, blanket). Felt amazing after class - will definitely be back. Thank you Marina!
