    Melissa is a terrific coach and instructor. She’s full of energy, enthusiasm and encouragement. The class was really challenging but provided options for higher (beast) and lesser (warrior) intensity for different fitness levels. She also offered substitutes based on your personal ability: someone with a plantar issue got an exercise safe for them Just overall great.

    This class was absolutely amazingggg. I was late to class because of traffic and I couldn’t find parking but Zalie was so kind. Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!

    Andre’s beat class is always amazing. Great music, fun choreo, clear instruction and always on beat. I’ve tried lots of instructors at many studios and Andre’s definitely one of the best. You can tell he puts effort into making it a great class. The room is good too— not too dark and the bikes are spaced out well. Headphones let you control the volume so I don’t ever leave here with ringing ears💕

    Friendly instructors, great neighborhood F45. But training itself was chaotic, music way too loud and stopped during workout so we could hear instructors. Maybe best to just keep the music at a lower volume. Also the sets were too short to properly adjust equipment and form. I still enjoyed it though!
