    Great workout. This is not your average Pilates class. Fast paced. Loved the lights and vibe. Music was good but it does make it a little hard to hear the instructor. It was my first class so I felt a little lost. The instructor was nice and gave me a quick walkthrough of the equipment and checked in with me after class

    I am so happy my daughter Kelsey introduced me to this studio. I took my 1st class with Heather last week & Adrienne for the 1st time this morning and loved it. Both were very warm & welcoming and led great classes! I’m excited to sign up for Adrienne’s Thursday evening classes.
