すべてのレビューを表示Keryn delivers an awesome class at every level and for her and her classes 5stars every time⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. My one star deduction was because of how challenging it was for me to hear in class. This Studio is set up with their front desk and all of the pilates equipment in one big room and I had the hardest time hearing the instructions (especially when facing a wall that had no mirror ) because the front desk clerk was talking to a customer at the front desk for what felt like a large majority of the class. I told Keryn I was having trouble hearing and she asked them to keep it down but it was still problematic for me until their convo finished. It would be really helpful in the future if conversations at the front could be held somewhere else during classes for people like myself with auditory challenges (it would also be much more respectful to the teachers who are teaching)

すべてのレビューを表示Definitely expect to sweat everything out! This was such a great combination of mobility, strength, and flexibility. I wouldn’t recommend this class for complete beginners but if you have some stamina and strength built up I highly recommend.

Loved the variety and this workout was tough but I left feeling accomplished and ready to take on the day. Bonus: they have a shower, two bathrooms, a next-level filtered water machine, tons of mobility equipment to get warm for the workout.

すべてのレビューを表示They moved locations and are scheduling is not hooked up to class pass, after driving around Escondido for 20 minutes trying to find their current address, I managed to find a phone number that worked. I called and received a text asking me to use texting, so I explained the situation and she said she was on vacation and asked to schedule me later. I said that was fine and asked how it would work with the class pass points and never received a response. I still have not received service or the class pass points back.

Although I couldn’t get some of the movements down, the instructor Steffi was very encouraging 🤗 I loved moving my body in a way I hadn’t before and it was also a nice intro class to see how the studio is ran and to see the pole set ups!
