すべてのレビューを表示Great class, very relaxing and the instructor, Nikki, is sweet. The studio is beautiful and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The cold towels are a nice touch and it's great that there's parking. Free lockers with a code you create, nice clean showers and well stocked bathroom with razors tampons qtips etc. I'll definitely be back!

すべてのレビューを表示Instructor was great. I will just say in general it’s disgusting that they don’t ask people to wipe down their weights/blocks especially given how sweaty people get. I don’t know a single other studio that doesn’t ask people to do that.

すべてのレビューを表示Joshua was really a great instructor and Niki was very welcoming. The studio is clean, intimate and I got a real workout. Bring your own water since they don’t have a refill dispenser or you can purchase a bottle there. Never done boxing but felt empowered in no time. The class felt doable for first timers yet challenging enough for more experienced boxers. The cold eucalyptus towels were a nice touch after a heavy duty workout. Highly recommend and will be coming back!

She is gentle with her expectations of you, yet is completely there for when you feel you are ready to go deeper. Great class!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time ever doing Zumba, and the instructor Vanessa was so nice and welcoming. I loved the environment and did not feel overwhelmed by not knowing the moves. It was a fun way to sweat a lot. I had a wonderful first time and will be coming back!
