すべてのレビューを表示Alexis is a great instructor. None of the instructors I’ve taken at pilates republic do hands on adjustments so I really appreciated her doing so to correct form. Not sure if the small room is intentionally simpler than regular classes but this renew class was very easy in comparison to others I’ve taken. It’s great for beginners or anyone wanting a low intense workout :)

すべてのレビューを表示The studio was really great! Easy to find, parked right in front, and Mary Lou was so friendly! The class was just what I needed. A perfect mix of strength on the TRX and stretching. They have so much equipment in there, I can’t wait to go back and try out more classes!
