すべてのレビューを表示Grace J is an exceptional Pilates teacher. It’s s great full body workout. Lunges, squats, arms, and my favorite Core/Abs. She used resistance bands and weights. She uses different Pilates equipment. I’ve trained with her for 2 years. She’s one of the best!

すべてのレビューを表示Vienna is an amazing instructor. Every class is thoughtfully programmed, challenging, and leaves me feeling stronger and more connected to my body. She is incredibly attentive throughout class and does a great job of making sure everyone is moving safely and correctly. I especially appreciate that she offers hands-on corrections (if you give her permission), which have helped me improve my form and get so much more out of each exercise. Her attention to detail, knowledge of classical Pilates, and encouraging teaching style make every class a great experience. Highly recommend Vienna’s classes!

すべてのレビューを表示Chris is THE BEST thing since sliced bread… And that’s saying a lot because I’m foodie 😋🍞 In all seriousness, there aren’t that many skilled instructors who take the time to instill over 30+ years of instruction while making sure you are executing the proper form and technique, even when that includes modifying it to your level of comfort/recovery/skillset. I’ve seen all kinds of individuals in her class and she sets a precedence; All are welcome and everyone is treated with respect.. She deserves that in return. Come prepared for the workout of your life, surrounded by instructors who care!

すべてのレビューを表示The Grand Pilates is such a gem!! Hannah is hands down the best Pilates teacher I’ve had in North County SD. Each class is so different, yet you get a total body workout each time. I love that this studio is intimate - 8 reformers but TONS of space in between each. I’ve been to so many studios where they squeeze reformers in a tiny space and you feel like you’re going to touch the person next to you during leg exercises. At The Grand, you have so much room & get a lot more personal attention and corrections due to the small class sizes.
