すべてのレビューを表示I DEFINITELY felt the burn in the best way possible 😭🔥 I love leaving a workout class feeling like I actually worked my WHOLE body instead of leaving like “eh…” The Grand Pilates really knows how to make you work!! Every muscle was shaking, the pump was PUMPING, and I left feeling sooo good. I seriously love this studio 🫶🏽

She will make sure you have the right form to not injure yourself. She comes from a physical therapy background and really knows her stuff. I wish she taught everyday at this location. I always look forward to her class.

すべてのレビューを表示The studio has lots of extra tools like a Pilates springboard and TRX. The instructor went around throughout the class and made sure that everyone had proper form and was very helpful and caring. I also enjoyed the playlist. Good pop tunes without being too loud and crazy.

すべてのレビューを表示First, the studio is stunning and clean. Parking was a breeze and BLM shares a parking lot w a grocery store so it was easy to grab a juice after class. Fallon is a strong instructor, she provided clear instructions and was very welcoming considering it was 5:45 am. I have a membership at Pilates Platinum and attend Solid Core if I am in a city offering SC. That being said today was my first time using bands in a reformer class, we also did some hamstring work that was a first for me. I really appreciate formats that work to keep it fresh. I should mention the stretch was thorough and effective. I’ll definitely come again when I am in the San Diego area. A+
